Payment Options

Online order payments are taken via the checkout on my website.  The payment will be taken through Paypal or Stripe with a credit or debit card.

I also accept payments by bank transfer, please contact me by phone or email to arrange payment.

A 50% deposit is required for custom orders and the balance is due for payment upon completion.  

Delivery

UK

All custom orders sent within the UK are shipped free of charge.  

UK delivery for jewellery purchased from Sally’s shop is £10 and items will be sent by fully insured Royal Mail Special Delivery.

International orders  

All international orders, (now including the European Union) will be sent by an insured, tracked courier service at cost price, typically, this cost is between £35 and £60 depending on the value of the items. Please note, the customer is responsible for any taxes and handling fees. Please allow up to 5 working days to arrive.

Delivery details

The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping address details.

Hallmarking

All jewellery will be tested and hallmarked at the Assay Office in Edinburgh and will include Sallys own hallmark alongside the Edinburgh stamp, date and metal choice.

Production times 

Most pieces are made to order.  Order times for individual items in Sallys shop are specified alongside each product description.  Typically, an item can be ordered within 4 – 6 weeks.  Please get in touch to discuss if an item is required for a specific date.  

Custom Jewellery   Every custom piece is unique and production times can take up to 8 weeks to make from payment of your deposit.  Please allow time for your design to be discussed and finalised beforehand.

Covid  If Covid19 outbreak restrictions require any of my suppliers and refiners to close or if I am required to isolate, the timescales may increase.  I will keep you fully appraised of all the timescales should this happen.

Custom Pieces

Sally will ensure that all customers ordering custom jewellery are provided with an accurate item description and bespoke quotation.  The quotation may include drawings, photography and gemstone options.  Please take care to ensure you provide a concise description of any design requirements required. 

Returns and Refunds

Ready to ship items may only be returned at our sole discretion.  Please get in touch with Sally to discuss.  

Custom pieces

Sally will take every care to create a unique, handmade and bespoke piece to order and therefore custom pieces cannot be returned.  If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your jewellery, Sally is happy to discuss your options.  Please get in touch with Sally. 

Your jewellery purchase is confirmed once we receive your payment and can only be cancelled within 24 hours. 

Repairs

Repairs can only be made to jewellery items that have been made by Sally.  Please get in touch to discuss the nature of the repair.  We are happy to provide a quotation to repair a damaged item.

Website content and images

Sally has taken care to ensure each jewellery image is an accurate representation of the item.  Alternative view images can be supplied upon request.  All jewellery designs featured on this website are the property of Sally Grant Jewellery.  All website content including text, images and graphics is copyright Sally Grant Jewellery.
