Commissions
Wedding, engagement and eternity rings will be delivered approximately six to eight weeks from ordering depending on the design chosen. Please let me know if you need your item sooner and I will see what I can do. Thank you for your patience.
Online shop delivery times

Payment All orders are handled securely through paypal and will be posted out only when a payment has been cleared.
Refunds and exchanges
I do not accept returns as all jewellery is made to order. If an item arrives faulty, it is my policy to replace it and pay for the return postage. If an item is lost - I can claim it's value back through the insured postal service I use and I will then replace your items of jewellery as soon as the claim is completed.
